Personnel at all levels of the enterprise; end-users seeking competency in the use of Microsoft Excel; end-users seeking to obtain Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification at core level in the use of Microsoft Excel 2003; end-users seeking basic IT certification such as ECDL, ICDL, IC3, or an equivalent

Prerequisites
Some knowledge of basic word processing, computing, and spreadsheets; familiarity with the Microsoft Office environment; an understanding of the Internet and web-page functionality, as well as an understanding of the process of web-page creation, would be an advantage
