Prerequisites
The Microsoft Office 2003: Beginning Outlook learning path or equivalent; the Microsoft Office 2003: Advanced Outlook learning path or equivalent; basic knowledge of word processing and computing; familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Office environment, and, preferably, an understanding of the Internet and Microsoft Exchange
