To monitor and manage some of the system components of Oracle E-Business Suite, run some troubleshooting wizards, and use the Support Cart feature in Oracle Applications Manager (OAM)

access the pages used to view and monitor critical activities, security, and application services with Oracle Applications Manager (OAM).
access the pages used to view and monitor forms, monitor JServ, and manage the state of hosts with Oracle Applications Manager (OAM).
set up monitoring for critical activities, configure the Forms Runaway Process Detection feature, and configure settings for a host, given a scenario.
identify the appropriate troubleshooting wizard to use, given a scenario, and use the Support Cart feature in Oracle Applications Manager (OAM).
