To deploy a Cisco CallManager server in a cluster using a supported IP Telephony deployment model.

Prerequisites
CCNA certification; Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN); Cisco voice over IP (CVOICE); Microsoft Software for Cisco Voice (MSCV)

identify the operating system, database, and supporting applications on which Cisco CallManager depends as well as the supported hardware platforms for CallManager 4.1.
identify the installation CDs and configuration data required for CallManager installation.
recognize the key Cisco CallManager post-installation tasks, the functions of CallManager's services, and the upgrade paths to Release 4.1.
implement key post-installation tasks for Cisco CallManager services, in a given scenario.
identify the features and requirements of the SQL Server cluster relationship and distinguish between the types of intracluster communication and CallManager cluster redundancy design.
distinguish between the IP Telephony deployment models supported by Cisco in terms of their characteristics and design guidelines.
