Overview/Description
A major part of your job description as a business professional or manager is to run meetings, coordinate group think tanks, facilitate training sessions, and hold group discussions. Each task has its own set of unique challenges. This course is designed to show the procedures to follow to properly conduct a meeting. You'll also learn how to strategise training sessions to maximise the participants' learning benefit, as well as the techniques you'll need to facilitate a group discussion effectively. Finally, it will show you how to use presentation methods in presenting problem-solving discussions.
