Think about the last time you were in an interview. Did you pay attention to the types of questions being asked? If not, you may have offered or requested information prohibited under anti-discrimination laws. It is essential to know the types of questions that can, and cannot, be asked in order to avoid charges of unfair discrimination. In this course, you will learn the Equal Employment Opportunity laws that prohibit unfair discrimination in the workplace and how these laws apply to you. This course will educate you on how to avoid discrimination in the recruiting and hiring process, and what occurs when a discrimination charge has been filed.
