Overview/Description
You're a human resources manager at High Intensity PC, a leading manufacturer of high-end, powerful personal computers sold primarily to serious gamers and audio/video editors. When it becomes apparent that the turnover rate for the company's technical support representatives is unacceptably high, you will need to intervene to help solve this problem.
Part of your job will be to assess how the technical support representatives feel about the company's corporate culture. Then once you have a handle on the reasons why so many of the reps are leaving High Intensity PC, you will attempt to increase their job satisfaction by using retention, involvement, and communication strategies.
