Overview/Description
During this simulation, you will be employed as a human resources specialist who has been hired on a contract basis by Deering Injection Molding, a specialized manufacturer of molded components for the automotive industry. Though Deering holds many large contracts, it is a relatively small organization that has experienced growth far faster than it anticipated. The growing pains have left the company ill equipped to cope with the myriad of human resources issues and concerns that face businesses on a daily basis.
The simulation is based on the SkillSoft series "HRCI/PHR Certification Program" and includes links to the following courses: HR0248 and HR0252.
