"We'll just stick an ad in the paper and we'll fill the vacancy. Right?" You don't sound so sure--and with good reason. The old ways of recruiting are no longer up to date. With less unemployment, innovative companies and human resources professionals are turning to online recruiting and other creative techniques to locate quality talent. This course investigates those strategies, as well as tried-and-trusted methods and shows the learner how to target specific applicant types, such as executives, sales representatives and information technology professionals.
