Overview/Description
U.S. firms seeking to do business in foreign markets must be familiar with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The act prohibits corrupt payments to foreign officials for the purpose of obtaining or keeping business. This course provides an overview of the FCPA. It illustrates how the act can impact your business and gives advice on the steps you can take to make sure that your business adheres to the provisions of the act.
