Overview/Description
This course aims to increase your awareness and understanding of discrimination in the workplace - what it is, what it means and who its victims may be. You will become familiar with the different laws governing discrimination. You will also learn about categories of protected employees and the concepts of workplace discrimination. This SkillSoft Legal Compliance course was developed with subject matter support provided by the Employment Department of Davenport Lyons.
