Overview/Description
Very often senior management can be a lonely position, especially in small businesses where the buck always stops on your desk, there is no one else to consult or help and you are under constant results, time and resource pressures. Your greatest asset is usually your people--but they can also present the biggest headaches. So your leadership is of paramount importance in ensuring that your business achieves the results you want. This program is designed to help you in this most critical area.

Target Audience
Anyone involved in managing other managers or senior staff. It will be especially beneficial for directors of smaller businesses who have received little formal training.
