Overview/Description
The ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) model is made up of four major clauses: Management Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realisation and Measurement, Analysis and Improvement. This course provides an overview of the clause "Management Responsibility". It details management's role in establishing a quality policy and its responsibility to support and administer the organisation's quality management system.
