Overview/Description
Risk is an inherent part of business. Every decision of every day is fraught with a degree of peril and consequence. To succeed, executives, managers, team leaders, and employees alike must each make viable choices, all without the safety of a net.
The Working without a Net: Decisions Simulation has been designed to allow participants to practice making everyday decisions within the relative safety of a learning environment. Over the course of the simulation, participants will apply their decision-making skills to overcome a host of obstacles by decisively applying proven risk management strategies and analytical methods. Special emphasis will be placed on the participant's ability to nurture a work environment that is open to and accepting of risk-taking.
The Working without a Net: Decisions Simulation comprises four scenarios and is based on the SkillSoft series "Working without a Net: The Business of Risk." Throughout the simulation links are provided to the following SkillSoft courses: PD0241, PD0243, and PD0245.
