Overview/Description
You're a lead QA product tester for OpMedProtocols, Inc., a medical software company that counts many of the largest health insurance companies among its customers.
After it becomes clear that your boss is unhappy with your team's work on a recent project, you will need to leverage your knowledge of business professionalism in order to improve your performance. Your success will depend on your ability to step outside of your comfort zone to take initiative and practice personal accountability.
