Are you your own worst enemy when it comes to stress? This course, the fourth in the series "Achieving Balance in Your Professional and Personal Life", will help you discover ways to manage self-induced stress. Perhaps it's your work that makes you feel pressured. You'll explore ways to anticipate for stressful situations in order to reduce their disruptions on your life.
