To become skilled at making changes, you have to give yourself time. You must do the necessary work to overcome your fears and anxiety. You must also understand the way in which you cope. Then you'll be better able to navigate your way through the stages of change. This course, "Making the Change", will assist you in doing all the necessary work involved in change and walk you through the six stages of personal change.
