"We know what we are but not what we may be." Could William Shakespeare possibly have been wondering what his potential was when he wrote those words? Do you ever wonder about your own potential? This course is about the delicate balances between competent and outstanding high performance and burnout, achieving and overachieving. As a member of a project team, you want to contribute to the project and be an effective member of the team. The project team selected you for what you can contribute to the team--both for your expertise and for your ability to move the project forward without ruffling feathers with other team members. However, at times the challenges are overwhelming, the team is grumbling, or you're simply burned out. What do you do to get through those difficult times? How do you keep your focus and your positive attitude? In The Self-directed Project Team Member, you'll examine ways to keep your positive attitude and manage the demands made on you. You'll take a personal look inside to see what makes you tick, and you'll learn how to put a little balance in your life. This course will take you through a very personal approach to your own development as a positive force on your project management team.
