Overview/Description
Designing effective solutions requires eliciting useful information from stakeholders. This means building good relationships, establishing strong collaboration and monitoring stakeholder activities. Using the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), as an aid to analyzing the business, a business analyst can ensure the needs of the organization are met, and that design solutions meet those needs. In this course, you'll learn about the inputs, guidelines and analytics techniques that are used in elicitation and collaboration tasks.
