Overview/Description
When analyzing the business problems, or internal processes, that exist in your organization, you must be knowledgeable in the characteristics, required competencies, methodologies and analytics tools involved. You’ll also need to understand how different business analysis perspectives apply or can be combined depending on your organization’s context. In this course, you'll learn about characteristics of Agile and business intelligence. The course also covers different perspectives of information technology, business architecture, and business process management – perspectives that are also feature in the business analysis body of knowledge (BABOK) framework, which outlines the tasks that a business analyst must perform to deliver an effective solution to a problem.
