Overview/Description

Closing projects successfully is the result of efficient management processes. PRINCE2 is a process-based methodology for enabling best-proven practices in project management. This course covers the PRINCE2® processes for controlling, managing, and closing project work. This is one of a series of courses that cover the objectives for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (2017 update).
