Overview/Description
Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma are business process improvement methodologies. When used together, they can become transformational strategy that enables a system of process control and process design to supercharge your overall business processes. Performance metrics are key to defining and controlling Six Sigma projects. This course will explore performance metrics and how they're established for any given project. The course is aligned with ASQ’s 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
