Overview/Description
Six Sigma and Lean are business process improvement methodologies. When used together, they are called Lean Six Sigma and can become a transformational strategy that enables a system of process control and process design to supercharge your business. In this course, you'll learn about Six Sigma team roles and responsibilities. You'll also explore aspects of communication, as well as key tools used as part of more effective communication and decision-making.
