Overview/Description
Six Sigma and Lean are business process improvement methodologies. Used together, they are called Lean Six Sigma and they can transform form a strategy that enables a system of process control and process design to make your business more effective and efficient. This course introduces you to the measure stage of a six sigma project and the basic statistical tools used for measuring its performance. The DMAIC methodology enables performance-related data to be summarized in a meaningful way by using statistical measures.
