Overview/Description
EMC offers various types of storage technologies with emphasis on the needs of the particular business involved. This course compares enterprise flash drives and conventional disk drive storage systems, and it compares RAID 6 with other types or RAID. The course discusses cloud computing and compares it to on-site and outsourced delivery models, and looks at MOZY backup, EMC fortress, and Atmos. The course examines Fibre Channel and Fibre Channel over Ethernet technologies. Finally, this course looks at NAS Backup and different forms of SAN based replication. This course helps to prepare the learner for the E20-001 Information Storage and Management Exam.
