Overview/Description
This course is intended for learners who work in environments where Legionella is a risk, raising awareness of the risks of waterborne disease caused by Legionella bacteria and the means to prevent it. Topics covered in this course touch on what Legionnaire's disease is, Legionella in the workplace, reducing the risks of exposure and illness due to Legionella and finally the legal duties behind controlling the disease.

Target Audience
People in control of premises such as landlords (where the premises contains potential for Legionella growth through use of man-made water systems) and directors, managers and employees who are responsible for, or work with, water systems.
