Overview/Description

This training is designed to provide on-site and off-site employees with information on the company's site safety and health plan. A site safety plan establishes policies and procedures to protect workers and the public from potential hazards posed by a hazardous waste site.The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements.

In this course, learners will identify the purpose of personnel organizational structures associated with a site safety and health plan, identify the purpose of a work plan, identify the requirements of a site safety and health plan, identify the purpose and provisions of a site hazard assessment, identify the requirements for a personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and identify the purpose and provisions of site control and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
