Overview/Description
Organizational Communication: Managing Communication is designed to help students understand innovation and change, how environmental context affects communication, and how power and politics affect an organization. The program gives students guidelines for managing change, stress, conflict, and for empowering individuals. By applying the guidelines, students will be able to communicate effectively in the different environmental contexts and situations. .

Target Audience
Managers, employees, team leaders, or team members who need to learn how to communicate more effectively at work. It is recommended that individuals take the first two courses in the series or have equivalent knowledge.
