Executive Level Leadership: Leadership and Communication addresses how leaders learn, test, and use information. In addition, this program covers how to evaluate a leader's performance and how to address key issues that cause performance problems. This program also addresses the marketplace, governmental, and internal variables that affect daily operations.

Target Audience
The target audience for this series is senior managers, directors, and executives who wish to improve their leadership skills. It is recommended that individuals take the first two courses in the series or have equivalent knowledge.
