This course is designed for persons who have experience performing project management tasks to increase their project management skills and apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management. This course is also appropriate for persons who wish to apply for the CompTIA® Project+™ certification exam. Project management does not end with creating a robust schedule and adopting best strategies. It involves factors such as determining the project's product quality; identifying managerial quality requirements, personnel selection, effective usage of resources; managing communication; and identifying and analyzing project risks. All these factors are crucial to the success of a project and have to be managed well.
