PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification. Defining activities accurately ensures that all project activities are performed as planned. To ensure successful completion of a project, you need to be aware of creating the milestone and activity lists and identifying attributes associated with the activities. In addition, this expertise in defining activities will ensure that critical activities are not missed during the execution of the project.
