PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification. As a scheduling professional, you need to understand that sequencing the various activities in a project and identifying the relationships among them are important criteria for developing effective schedules. You must have a thorough knowledge of the processes involved in sequencing activities to ensure that the activities are properly related and are performed in the correct sequence.
