PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification. Missing delivery dates almost always results in cost overruns. Leaping in with a can-do attitude is one thing, but practical challenges lie in realistic assessments of what must be done and how long it will take. Therefore, without accurate activity duration estimates, you cannot create a meaningful, realistic, and useful schedule.
