The purpose of creating a form is to gather data. To accomplish this, forms will have to be linked to a database so that the collected data can be stored. If the database is available initially, you can also create a form based on the fields of the database. Subsequently the data can be viewed in the form using queries, and you can even use the data to display values in controls such as drop-down lists and list boxes. Taking up this course will enable you to work confidently with forms that require a database to support its functionality.
