Information in a notebook may need to be shared with coworkers. In some cases, you may even need to allow them to edit the information. You can share your notebook by placing it in a common location on a network, or by uploading it to a SharePoint server or a SkyDrive account. When sharing notebooks you will also have to ensure that only authorised users are allowed to access it. You can limit access by protecting your notebook with a password. If you need to frequently share notebooks, this course will provide you with the guidance you need.
