Overview/Description
Welcome to the sixth course in the CompTIA® Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) series of courses. How do you know what to protect your organization against? What constitutes a risk? Do current policies and procedures account for risk? As the security practitioner within the enterprise, you need to be able to determine what the risks are to the enterprise, and if the current policies and procedures support the security posture of the enterprise. If you can foresee and analyze some of those risks, then you can avoid some major issues that may arise and plan for revising policies and procedures accordingly.Having identified enterprise security and the technologies and resources available for implementing security within the enterprise in the previous courses in this series, this course will provide you with an overview of how to begin to implement those security practices through risk management, security policies, and security procedures.
