Welcome to the Help Desk Basic Troubleshooting for IBM® Lotus® Domino® 7 online course. This course is intended to prepare you for your job duties as a second-level Help Desk support representative responsible for helping users resolve issues such as password security, ID recovery, troubleshooting a user's mail file or access to a database, and providing in-depth information into managing Notes databases, replication, and Web access.

After you complete this course, you should be able to use typical Help Desk troubleshooting resources; manage user workstations; manage server and database security issues; manage user database issues; troubleshoot mail routing and delivery; troubleshoot various Lotus Notes mail issues; and troubleshoot mail and database replication.

This course is targeted to Lotus Notes 7 first-level Help Desk support representatives ready to become second-level support representatives.
