Overview/Description
This course looks at how the US Constitution was established. It provides insight into how the form of the national government came to be. It also provides coverage of the rights and liberties of the American people as enshrined in the Bill of Rights and subsequent amendments to the Constitution. Finally, the course looks at how the power was distributed and the creation of the three branches of government: the legislature, the executive, and the judiciary.
