Financial and vendor management is also discussed, including common budgeting and accounting concepts, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and third-party supplier management. This course also addresses tools and techniques used to support HR activities, such as HR technologies, techniques for forecasting HR needs, and risk-management techniques. Finally, this course provides instruction on project management approaches and applications. This course helps prepare individuals for the Human Resource Certification Institute's (HRCI) PHR and SPHR certification examinations.
