Overview/Description
The HR professional plays a critical role in the development of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, giving consideration to a number of contemporary challenges on a global scale. The HR professional is also involved in the development of strong corporate governance and a values-based code of conduct. In this course, you'll learn about the evolving definition of CSR and its components, corporate ethics and compliance, and best practices. The course contents are based on the Body of Competency and Knowledge (BoCK), 2015 of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
