Overview/Description
Well-performing organizations generally recognize the value that a business analyst brings to a project in terms of delivering well designed solutions that meet stakeholder needs and fulfill project objectives. Business analysts meet these demands through proven methods for planning the business analysis approach and monitoring the approach through the life of the project. In this course, you'll explore an overview of the inputs, guidelines, and techniques that are used to plan and monitor a business analysis approach as prescribed in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) – Version 3 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing the learner for the IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam. IIBA®, the IIBA® logo, BABOK®, and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® are registered trademarks owned by International Institute of Business Analysis.
