Overview/Description
The requirements life cycle guides business analysts in managing requirements throughout their life span. The relationships between requirements and designs must be understood, traced, and approved to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs. In this course, you'll learn about the tasks in the Requirements Life Cycle Management knowledge area. The course covers the components of each task, namely the inputs, elements, guidelines and tools, techniques, outputs, and stakeholders, as described in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) version 3 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing learners for the IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam. IIBA®, the IIBA® logo, BABOK®, and Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® are registered trademarks owned by International Institute of Business Analysis.
