Overview/Description Target Audience Prerequisites Expected Duration Lesson Objectives Course Number Overview/Description
Before the solution to a business problem can be implemented, a business analyst must perform a strategy analysis. This involves assessing the organization's current state, as well as its desired future state, to determine what the change strategy will look like. In addition, the business analyst must assess the risks of making proposed changes and decide whether the benefits outweigh the costs. In this course, you'll learn about tasks under the Strategy Analysis knowledge area as prescribed in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide), Version 3.0 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing the learner for the IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam.
