Business analysts must use analysis tools and models to assist with scoping and planning, supporting business analysis, and decision making. In this course, you'll learn about a number of business analysis tools, models, and activities as prescribed in A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) – Version 3.0 by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). This course will assist in preparing the learner for the IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification exam.
