Overview/Description

This 7-video course continues preparations for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect-Associate (SAA-C02) certification exam. Learners will explore practical tools available for monitoring and auditing AWS resources to help ensure peak performance and security for deployed AWS resources, such as S3 (simple storage service) bucket activity and EC2 instance activity. Begin by learning how to monitor EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instance activity. Familiarize yourself with CloudWatch, the centralized monitoring service for AWS, which allows creation of a dashboard for quick visualizations of logged data activity, and lets you detect any suspicious activity. The course concludes with an examination of how CloudTrail provides auditing services, and shows how to use the graphical user interface to view CloudTrail events. After completing this course, you will now be ready to move on to explore stack deployment and database caching including services for analyzing a large amounts of data, and automating AWS resource deployment.
