Overview/Description

The domain name system (DNS) uses centralized servers to resolve friendly names to IP addresses, among other uses. In this course, you'll begin with a DNS overview followed by an overview of AWS Route 53 DNS services. Next, you'll learn how to create, configure, and manage Route 53 hosted DNS zones. Lastly, you'll learn how to create various Route 53 DNS routing policies, including a multivalue answer policy and a weighted policy. This course is one of a collection of courses that prepares learners for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA-CO1) exam.
