Overview/Description

IAM Policies control AWS resource access while multifactor authentication (MFA) enhances user sign-in security. Knowing how to implement these two security measures is an integral part of a certified AWS SysOps Administrator's skill set. In this course, you'll begin by illustrating how IAM policies and roles are used, before working with the IAM policy simulator to test resource access.

You'll then assign policies and create inline policies using the GUI. You'll examine multifactor authentication (MFA) for user sign-in security and enable user MFA. Lastly, you'll create an IAM role. This course is one of a collection of courses that prepares learners for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA-CO1) exam.
