Overview/Description

In this course, learners can discover how to manage Azure subscriptions and role-based access control (RBAC). Explore Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI (command-line interface), Azure AD (Active Directory) administrator roles, and how to manage access to Azure resources. This 16-video course helps prepare for the Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-103) certification exam. Begin by signing up for a new Azure subscription or reactivate an Azure subscription, then examine steps required to transfer ownership of an Azure subscription and cancel a subscription. Next, navigate through the Azure portal, and install and use Azure PowerShell to connect to your Azure subscription. Then learn how to install and use Azure CLI; identify classic administrator roles, and identify the Azure AD administrator roles. Learn about assigning an administrator, and identifying role-based access control roles. Manage access to Azure resources with RBAC, using a template, and for external users. Examine deny assignments for Azure resources using Azure portal and create a custom role using Azure PowerShell cmdlets (lightweight commands). The exercise involves managing Azure subscription roles.
