Overview/Description

Discover how to apply knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI) certificate and Azure VPN configurations to address remote networking needs, in preparation for the AZ-301: Microsoft Azure Architect Design certification exam. You will begin this 9-video course with a look at Azure virtual private network (VPN) planning, and learning to recognize the best VPN solution in a given scenario. Next, you will learn how to use PowerShell to create PKI certificates for use with a VPN. Examine virtual and local network gateways, using the portal to create VPN gateway objects. Discover how to use the portal to configure a site-to-site (S2S) IPsec tunnel via Azure portal, via Azure PowerShell, and via Azure command-line interface. In the final tutorial, you will learn how to create a point-to-site connection via Azure portal. In the concluding exercise, you will describe point-to-site and site-to-site VPN configurations, and create a virtual network gateway, a local network gateway, and an S2S VPN connection.
