Overview/Description

This 11-video course explores architecting solutions using Azure resource configurations, and how match them to business needs, while continuing to prepare learners for the AZ-300: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification exam. First, learn how to use the Azure AD (Active Directory) to create a new Azure AD tenant and related objects such as users and groups. You will learn how to enable Azure Active Directory MFA (multifactor authentication), and how to configure conditional access. This course demonstrates how to establish distributed management by assigning RBAC (role-based access control) rules and storage permissions in the Azure portal. Next, you will learn how to audit Azure resource configurations using policies, and how to configure a point-to-site VPN (virtual private network). You will learn how to deploy an app container, and how to create and manage storage accounts. Finally, this course examines cost-saving measures in Azure, and how to enable VM (virtual machine) auto shutdown.
